Coastal Table — Small Plates

Grown near the shore,
cooked over citrus and salt.

Salt & Fern is built around what's close by: the morning's catch, the orchard six miles south, whatever the greenhouse sent over. Shareable plates, a short walk from the water.

Our Story

We plan the menu around what showed up that morning.

Salt & Fern started as a market stall before it was a restaurant. That's still how we cook: the boat comes in, the orchard truck arrives, and the day's menu gets written from there. Nothing is flown in. If the citrus isn't ready, it isn't on the plate yet.
